Bloomberg Hong Kong Tech Talk: C++ 11/14 with Dietmar Kühl

Bloomberg will be hosting a tech talk in Hong Kong on May 17, 2018. Senior software developer Dietmar Kühl will provide an overview of C++ 11 and C++ 14, discussing many of the new core language features. These features will be introduced and a motivating example will be provided. However, due to the many changes made in these two revisions, the various features will not be discussed in a lot of depth. Attendees should have a working knowledge of C++.

Dietmar Kühl is a senior software developer at Bloomberg, where he works on the data distribution environment used both internally and by enterprise installations at clients. Before joining Bloomberg, Dietmar mainly served as a consultant for software projects in the finance area. He is a regular attendee of the ANSI/ISO C++ standards committee, presents at conferences, and used to be a moderator of the newsgroup comp.lang.c++.moderated. He frequently answers questions on Stack Overflow.
