KDD at Bloomberg is a partnership between KDD and Bloomberg to catalyze the use of data-driven problem solving for social good. The conference aims to spark network building among the global data science (AI, Machine Learning), policy-making, and non-profit communities. Where currently there is a disconnect in the understanding of the different goals and opportunities for using data-driven approaches to promote social good and better policy decisions, KDD at Bloomberg encourages the discovery of new methodologies, frameworks for problem solving, data sharing, and novel ways that the communities can leverage each other to mutual benefit.
